General information

Kitchens made in diffrent technologies has many common features, such as:

     bodies (crates) of cabinets are made of melaminated chipboard 18 mm thick.

     All edges exposed to external damage are veneered with PCV

     Hinges and slides of drawers are made by "BLUM" and "FERRARI" companies

     Every standing cabinet are equipped with regulated plastic bases

     Bases of standing cabinets posesses a seal

     Hanging cabinets are mounted on racks with regulation, on rails mounted to wall

     Oblique edges of tops are veneered with PCV 2mm or equipped with rounded insertion

     Border tab of the tops in the same colour as tops, with seal guarding top from humidity

Informations about each of technologies
 

1. "Wood" kitchens

Cabinets with fronts (doors) of solid wood- coloured with stains ICA company, next lacquered, just like car parts, in car paint shop. Except postforming tops - ( about 135 decorations), I advise to use RAUSOLID tops - (17 decorations, no visible linkings)
 

2. "Fornir on MDF" kitchens

Cabinets with fronts (doors) made of fornired MDF - wooden fornir pasted on MDF, next coloured with stain and lacquered, just like car parts, in car paint shop. Except postforming tops -  ( about 135 decorations ), I advise to use RAUSOLID tops - (17 decorations, no visible linkings).

3. "MDF-LACQUER" kitchens

Cabinets with fronts (doors) made of lacquered MDF- (infinite choice of colours, 7 fronts desings, 3 edges designs). Lacquer might be: mat, gloss, perl gloss. Fronts lacquered, just like car parts, in car paint shop. Except postforming tops - ( about 135 decorations ), I advise to use RAUSOLID tops - (17 decorations, no visible linkings).

4. "MDF - foil" kitchens

Fronts of cupboards are made of foiled with PCV foil(about 0,35 mm, one of the thickest) MDF board - (45 decorations, 30 fronts design and 3 edges design). Here we recommend postforming tops -( about 135 decorations), or RAUSOLID tops - (17 decorations, no visible linkings).
 

5. "Melamine" Kitchen

Alike bodies and fronts are made of chipboard - ( 35 decorations). Edges of fronts are veneered with PCV tape - 2mm. Optimal application of postforming tops - ( about 135 decorations )
